Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Grand Haven, MI is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager who will drive sales growth, deliver attentive customer service, and assist with deliveries and installations in customers' homes.

You will manage in-store experiences, merchandize the floor, and support customers through the rental process. Requires 1–3 years retail experience, a high school diploma, 18+, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a white-glove service mindset.
• Assist with deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation.
• Merchandise the store to maintain an inviting, organized, and clean environment.
