Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in North Carolina to drive sales through rental agreements and expand the customer base. You will deliver white-glove service in-store and in customers’ homes, while managing deliveries, pickups, and product installations.

Join a team focused on exceptional customer experiences and growth. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through completed rental agreements and prospect new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences via white-glove service in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and installation of products while following safety and transportation procedures.
