Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and new business, while delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores and in customers’ homes.

You will manage deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and maintain an inviting, organized store. Requirements include 1–3 years in retail or sales, a HS diploma, 18+, valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new business.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart.
• Oversee deliveries & pickups, including loading/unloading and product installation.
• Maintain an inviting, organized store environment through merchandising and cleanliness.
