Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in Carrboro, NC. You will drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospection while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and at customers' homes.

You will handle deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to keep an inviting, well-organized store. The role emphasizes a servant-heart approach and opportunities to advance within a winning culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, white glove service in-store and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, clean store for customers and staff.
