Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental agreements and grow customer accounts. You will deliver white-glove service in-store and in customers' homes, and coordinate deliveries and pickups with careful handling.

The role includes merchandising the showroom to maintain an inviting, organized shopping experience. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with white-glove service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products with safe handling.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
