Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and new business development. You’ll provide exceptional customer experiences in stores and customers’ homes with a focus on safety and quality service.

You will also handle deliveries, merchandising and store presentation, while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment. A high‑school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift/move products such as furniture, electronics and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top‑notch experiences with white‑glove service.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
