Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1 year military service or related full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, ADC Attendants, and Production Workers.
• Delegate assignments and coach staff to achieve store goals.
• Provide training on duties, policies, ethical codes, and procedures.
• Evaluate performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Oversee merchandise quality, safety, and customer service.
• Handle cash register processes, money handling, and deposits.
• Ensure store runs smoothly and efficiently with proper resources.
• Maintain store/warehouse appearance, housekeeping, and safety.
• Participate in hiring processes and staffing decisions.
• Work nontraditional hours, including some weekends/evenings.
• Operate forklift truck when required.
