Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff including Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, and Production Workers.
• Oversee operations from donation intake to sales, including receiving, production, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service, cash handling, and loss prevention duties are carried out.
• Provide training on policies, procedures and compliance.
• Review performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate with Store/Operations Manager to meet sales goals and improve efficiency.
