The role focuses on donations flow, production, security, and customer service, with responsibility for training and directing a team of Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, and Production Workers. The Assistant Manager supports the Store/Operations Manager, enforces policies, and helps drive sales goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
