Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and coach a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development, in collaboration with leadership to execute store strategy and achieve goals.

You will coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, while ensuring compliance and leveraging omni-channel tools to maximize efficiency.

Formación

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of the competitive retail landscape.
