SONIC Drive-In in Gilbert, AZ is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced team. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, train and coach crew members, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure top-notch guest experiences in a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates bring a restaurant or retail leadership background, ability to work irregular hours, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to staffing, inventory, and cost controls.

Formación

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy.
• Adherence to appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Adheres to and enforces employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory levels and food cost, adjusting as needed.
• Completes weekly inventory and related records.
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files and documentation.
• Reinforces customer service mentality and focuses on guest experience.
• Responds to guest requests and helps resolve complaints.
