SONIC Drive-In is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in operating the drive-in restaurant. You will train and coach team members, supervise shift operations, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient service with a customer-focused approach.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, and cost control, perform opening/closing duties, and handle administrative tasks. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and can work irregular hours,

Qualificações

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members.
• Experience training and supporting other employees to ensure quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Monitors and enforces the employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory levels and food cost control, adjusting as needed.
• Completes weekly inventory as needed.
• Assists in administrative duties including records and documentation.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality to focus on guests at all times.
• Responds to guest requests and assists in resolving complaints.
