Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold our CORE values, and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. This non-exempt role requires at least 50 hours per week and is ideal for those who value

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure a great food and friendly guest experience.
