Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServeSafe Certified is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with laws.
