You will drive day-to-day operations, manage scheduling and coaching, monitor profitability, and support career growth for your team in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; min 50 hours/week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team members, schedule shifts.
• Monitor food safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Drive sales, manage P&L, and control labor and inventory.
