Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our core values and lead a restaurant team. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, ensure safety, and deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.

• Provide a safe, welcoming environment and ensure great food and friendly guest experiences.
• Coach and schedule team members and ensure duties are completed.
• Manage labor, inventory, and adherence to cash handling policies.
