Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, reinforce our CORE values, and build a strong team that delivers fast, friendly service and high-quality food.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
