Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead the restaurant operations with accountability, integrity, and teamwork. You will build a strong team and ensure guests enjoy great food and a friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment and high-quality food.
• Lead scheduling, labor and inventory control to meet standards.
• Drive fast and friendly service and a positive guest experience.
• Manage cash handling and compliance with policies and procedures.
