Job summary

Cinemark in Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre and ensure policies and procedures are followed. You will work across all departments, train team members, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Successful candidates complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and can advance to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager, with opportunities for growth, flexibility in hours, and engagement with guests.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports.
• Ensures theatre departments follow policies and procedures.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior customer service.
• Adheres to Cinemark’s guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Maintains orderly and safe theatre operations.
