The role is cross‑trained across departments and offers pathways to higher leadership like Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school or GED preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Train and coach team members in their specific roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observe theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, and equipment condition.
• Report needs for repairs to the General Manager.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior guest service.
• Interact with guests to improve service and ensure quality.
