Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily theatre operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed. The role involves cross-training across departments and mentoring employees to achieve high standards in customer service.

The position offers growth into Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through completion of the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to lead teams and improve Guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support decisions with staff.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitor theatre facilities and safety, reporting repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and provide excellent guest service.
