Cinemark is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations and ensure excellent guest service. You will be cross trained across departments, support the General Manager, and advance through the Management Accreditation Program after six months of service.

Responsibilities include leading teams, coaching staff, preparing reports, and upholding safety and policy standards while delivering a memorable movie-going experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program is required.
• Must complete basic food handling training if applicable and obtain local/state certification as needed.
• Excellent guest service and written/verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their duties.
• Assists in preparing admin and special reports.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across departments.
• Ensures guest service standards are met and staff dress code is followed.
• Reports maintenance, safety, and policy issues to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
