Job summary

Burger King is hiring at our Naperville location for a dynamic shift supervisor. You will lead a fast-paced team, coach new hires, and ensure guest experiences meet our standards. You’ll manage daily operations, from scheduling to training, while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

We seek a high school graduate with 1–2 years of supervisory experience and excellent guest service skills. Availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
