Burger King Omaha is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead daily operations, develop Servant Leaders, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will train new team members, coach shift supervisors, manage scheduling, monitor speed of service, and work with the GM to improve guest metrics while maintaining quality and safety.

Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience; excellent guest service skills and the ability to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
