Job summary

Jersey Mike's is seeking a General Manager in Issaquah, WA to lead all restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach teams, manage performance, and ensure food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation and performance of your restaurant.
• Hire, train, coaching, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure every customer receives a "Sub Above" experience.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Partner with Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team.
