You will lead servant leadership, coach teams, manage schedules, ensure QA/QSC, and partner with the GM to drive continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility across shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operation standards are delivered.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
