Job summary

Burger King in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to lead a fast-paced team, deliver great guest experiences, and uphold quality and cost controls.

You will train and coach staff, schedule shifts, monitor service speed, and partner with the GM to meet QSC targets while maintaining compliance and a welcoming environment. This role requires problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
