Job summary

Burger King Indiana is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold BK brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness and safety while supporting sales and labor goals.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, manage inventory and cash controls, and foster development through hands-on leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and keeping the team energized.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and maintaining cash control and security protocols.
