Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on leading and developing a team while upholding high standards for food, service, and health and safety.

The incumbent also assists with product preparation, inventory control, personnel management and sales/marketing efforts to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience supervising restaurant staff and daily operations.
