Jersey Mike's Provo is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and developing a high-performing team.

In this role, you will coach, onboard, and train staff, oversee shifts, uphold food quality and safety standards, manage labor and costs, handle guest concerns, and drive performance toward service excellence within a fast-paced, team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing others desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations with GM to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while upholding Jersey Mike's standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve them.
• Support scheduling and restaurant performance goals.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture.
