Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations. You will be cross-trained across departments to support teams and ensure policies and standards are met.

Progression can lead to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months in service. Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff communication.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
