Cinemark is hiring an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day theatre operations and ensure policy compliance. You will work across all departments, training team members and helping deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and quality standards.

Successful candidates will complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, maintain flexible hours, and contribute to reports and daily operations. This role offers clear growth into Senior Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Local/state required certifications/health cards as applicable.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support GM decisions in staff communications.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Report and address theatre maintenance and safety issues.
• Ensure dress code compliance and customer service quality.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and policies.
• Report employee relations issues per protocol.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct.
