• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; may require long/irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability efforts by managing inventory, cost controls, and asset upkeep to support margins.
• Drive guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance and capability.
• Direct daily restaurant operations to ensure accurate product preparation, speedy delivery, and adherence to brand standards.
• Perform Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
