You will coach, develop, and motivate staff, assist with hiring and training, oversee shifts, monitor labor and food quality, and ensure customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant management or supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality throughout each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and create positive resolutions.
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and restaurant performance goals.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture.
