Jersey Mike's in Issaquah, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a high-performing, positive team. You’ll ensure an exceptional guest experience and uphold Jersey Mike’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.

The ideal candidate has restaurant management or supervisory experience, enjoys coaching others, and leads with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
• Lead shifts while maintaining standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality throughout each shift
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling food costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operating standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and create positive resolutions
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and restaurant performance goals
• Opening and closing the restaurant as needed
• Leading by example and fostering a positive, team-first culture
