Job summary

Jersey Mike's Reno is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a positive, high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach, develop, and motivate team members, assist with hiring and training, manage shifts, monitor labor and food quality, ensure food safety, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards while driving restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Monitor labor, productivity, and food costs; assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving.
