This role offers a growth path in a renowned brand that values teamwork and guest experience. You will rotate through areas such as Kitchen, Showroom, and Gameroom, coaching staff and managing performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service OR experience as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
