Chuck E. Cheese is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on making every guest happy. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure safety and cleanliness while rotating through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom AOIs.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom.
• Lead and oversee tasks in Kitchen (ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness) and pizza/dough preparation.
• Oversee Showroom for birthday parties, seating, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Gameroom to maintain games and equipment, analyze play data and ticket payouts.
