Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations, manage scheduling, and ensure cleanliness and safety while driving sales and profitability.

The role offers opportunities to develop team members and rotate through areas such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of people-management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating a team is preferred.
• Uphold guest service standards and safety policies.
• Understand basic cost control, inventory, and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on scheduling, staffing, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Manage area costs, inventory, financials, and labor planning.
• Own an AOI (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom) and rotate through areas over time.
