You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple AOIs including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.

• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
