Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic team in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

You will drive service excellence, staff development, and operations efficiency to ensure every guest leaves happy. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, and inventory management, with opportunities to rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas for broad leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have 40 hours per week
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing people

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact “AOI” and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
