Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll drive daily operations, guest service excellence, and team development in a family‑oriented entertainment and dining environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP approval may allow hiring at the age permitted by local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as an opening coordinator for six months.

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean and well-operating environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
