Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on making every guest happy. You will manage staffing, training, and operations in a family-friendly entertainment and dining environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance, and a safe, engaging show environment while driving sales and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position at our Columbus-area locations and offers growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Must commit to 40 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP may allow for younger in some regions for alcohol-related duties).
• Minimum of 1 year managing people, preferably in food service OR 6 months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, and developing the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and safe, clean operations.
• Understand cost control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee an AOI area and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom responsibilities.
