Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and standards to ensure each guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales, managing costs, and rotating through AOIs such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service OR experience as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
