Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on providing memorable experiences for families. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and coach staff to uphold safety and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include sales growth, labor management, and cross-functional leadership across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas, with opportunities for career advancement within our family entertainment brand.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) across one of four areas and rotate through all four: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom.
