Zax LLC is hiring for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead the team, enforce standards, and coach staff to uphold quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and performance coaching, while maintaining compliance with policies. This role offers growth opportunities within a fun, fast-paced environment at Zaxby’s.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure team members receive proper training, ongoing coaching and development.
• Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, and adjust as needed.
• Supervise and coach team members to perform at their highest level and achieve quarterly goals.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards; ensure compliance with guidelines.
