Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards at our Hartwell location.

You will train teammates, manage shift schedules, coach performance, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting company goals and maintaining a positive team culture.

This role requires you to be 18+, possess leadership qualities, and have 1–3 years of management experience to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Create an effective work schedule following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments including communicating expectations and adjusting as needed.
• Supervise, provide leadership, and coach team members to perform at their highest level and achieve goals.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
