Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Create and manage schedules; delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations; report issues to supervisors.
