Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1-3 years of management experience required.
• Open availability: at least 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including the Development Plan and safety certifications.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet or exceed expectations.
• Create and maintain effective work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Supervise and coach the team to achieve quarterly goals and uphold standards.
