Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete training requirements including certifications.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet expectations.
• Create and manage work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations effectively.
• Supervise and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Escalate concerns to the General Manager as needed.
• Maintain compliance with guidelines and safety procedures.
